Nice place. Lots of room and really close to the water. Owners are super nice even asked us if we needed snacks and drinks upon arriving. We go to Greenwood every year for a final little getaway before summer is over and this will be our new spot if available.

Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Fantastic screened-in porch.
Very comfortable, clean house with many ammenties. The screened-in deck has a beautiful view and is roomy with comfortable furniture & a gas grill. The house is like a split-level. Main level (upstairs) is ground level where you park. Lower level is ground level on lake side. A fairly steep stairway connects them on the inside. Stairway could be dangerous for babies/young children. Main level: two full bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen/living area (open floor plan), screened-in deck. Downstairs: one pull-out sofa bed and one day bed, one full bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to lake level concrete area (can also park here). The dock is mostly concrete with wood decking around all sides to make it bigger. A boat lift is on the right (facing the lake). There is no railing on the left opposite the boat lift. Not a problem for kids older than toddlers with proper supervision. There is a railing facing the lake which helps with fishing. There are neighbors pretty close on both sides but not to the point of feeling crowded. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a newer fridge with water/ice in the door. The kitchen was well-stocked, almost to a fault. Some items in the fridge had been opened (mayo, butter, juice...). They looked ok but we had brought our own anyway. There's a double sink outside that I assume is for cleaning fish (cool, but we didn't use it). There's also a concrete boat ramp right beside the house but I don't know if it's useable. It looked in good shape. I have bad knees so I walked from the main level to the lake via the boat ramp. Couldn't handle the stairs. Owner responded very quickly to all inquiries and answered all questions. I would advise putting more pictures on the site of the dock, the downstairs outside area and the outside for better reference.
