"Stayed in the 1 bedroom villa treetop for my husband and I's 1 yr wedding anniversary. Loved it! So quiet and peaceful. It was nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The indoor pool area was a little too cool for my liking but overall great place for couples, families, work or religious retreats. We definitely will be back and maybe have a family reunion there, there's something for everyone! "

"Rooms were dreary and dilapidated. Painted areas show all the signs of peeling and chipping that the poor housekeeping staff can only wipe over. Holes in the bathroom covered by thin pieces of wood. I do not enjoy giving bad reviews but I have to warn fellow travelers."

"The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the room was clean and kept clean throughout our stay. The breakfast was minimal but enough to get you on the road (or just walk over to the Budd Lake Diner). I appreciated that they had juice and at least canned fruit and yogurt. There was a perfumy smell from the cleaning solutions that hung around the rooms and halls that I wasn't super fond of, but I got used to it. Noise from the road wasn't bad at night. Staff was nice. Overall, basic but clean...
