The stairs are steep and unsafe, and the home is hard to access. The water behind the house is stagnant and only adds to the mosquito issue. Not worth the high price—would not recommend."

The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Due to their inexperience, they left the refrigerator full and dirty. It was the maid that ultimately did not complete the clean. Once we cleaned it out we were able to move 2+ days of food into the garage refrigerator and manage our meals and groceries well. The house shined more and more each day we stayed there....
