"No maid service was biggest drawback"

"We loved our stay. Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. A small detail that really made a difference was Kureig coffee maker in the room. It was so nice to get a good cup of coffee in the morning."

"The staff was great. Steve checked us in and out, and he was super friendly and helpful. We also used the shuttle and our drivers were friendly and efficient. This is a great place to stay."

"My daughter and I stayed here when we came down to the Minnesota state fair. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but felt damp. The carpet was so damp, it felt sticky. The room felt cold, even after turning the air conditioning down. Breakfast was ok. The garden area where breakfast was served was nice. The hotel was a good option for the reason we needed a room for the night. "
