"My room was not properly cleaned, the hallways and elevators were dirty. The cleanest place of the hotel was the lobby. Most of the staff was nice however we did experience a rude server at the Sportsbook bar. Not a good experience at all. "

"****BEWARE**** I was here for a basketball tournament over the weekend and we had no hot water. I guess a few other people had the same problem. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. They didn’t even offer me another room after I told them that I had no hot water and said they can come check for themselves . Instead, I received an email saying that their boilers are working fine and that they think it was from all the teenagers in the hotel staying there.. EXCUSE ME !! if your hotel boilers can’t keep up when your hotel is at full capacity then maybe you need an inspection done maybe things aren’t up to code. Not to mention the leak under the sink or the heater that was making noise all night . Those things I could overlook but hot water is a basic amenity. And they think they’re slick instead of texting me back they call the room so that their side of the conversation isn’t documented. Unprofessional . My worst experience ever at a hotel. "

"Convenient location in regards to travel. Beds were hard, shower that poured water onto the outside of the shower area, no vent in bathroom which made it terribly humid after a shower (not good for doing your hair) pool was freezing cold (pool manager claimed it was 84 degrees, not even close)."

"My stay had several issues. I found ants on and under the desk, and although I reported it, nothing was done. The TV did not work properly—no channels and the remote only powered it on/off. The curtains were also damaged. At the pool, there were no towels available. The front desk associate, who appeared to be the only employee on duty on a busy Saturday night, did his best and remained professional, but it took about 35 minutes to address the situation. Unfortunately, guests had to return to their rooms wet, creating slippery hallways. On a positive note, housekeeping staff were very friendly and hardworking. Breakfast was okay, and while the beds were comfortable, they were too soft for my preference. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs better maintenance and staffing."
