"We had a great visit during peak cherry blossom time. Despite the hotel being very busy, our room was very quiet. We didn't hear anyone until we were actually out in the hallway. The lobby and elevator area were under light construction during our visit, but it did not cause any major issues. Breakfast was busy and sometimes we had to wait for a table, but it was never a very long wait. Lots of hot and cold options to start your day! The room was a good size and fully outfitted with a larger than usual fridge, a microwave, a stove, and a dishwasher. Housekeeping staff did a terrific job tidying up our room when we were out during the day. Front desk staff was always cheerful! The location was awesome - just a 20 minute walk to the mall and lots of restaurants nearby. The only downside was parking. We struggled to find an open space in the closest parking deck, so we ended up having to park further away and walking with all of our luggage. "

"The room was nice and spacious. Rooms were cleaned and restocked each day. I loved the central location with so many great things in walking distance. It was a quick walk to The Wharf for dinner options and a quick walk to many tourist spots. There is also a stop for the hop on, hop off bus right near the hotel"

"The toilet never worked. We called the front desk and they said it will be taken care. I had to take the tank top off every flush. The TV constantly lost signal. Very frustrating. Finally, when it came on the AC was very loud-disrupting our sleep. "

"All things related to the property itself were good. Only mishap was poor handling regarding checkout time frame. We agreed on a late checkout but I was called just before regular checkout time informing they couldn't honor it. Not professional!"

"Property has all (almost all) renovated - modern very clean lots of plugs for electronic devices - always hot water - spacious - breakfast provided every morning with quite a variety of choice, all workers cheerful and helpful. We loved it. Perfect for families or working persons. A quick clean up every day and we were there for 13 days. It was perfect for us."

"They serve a great breakfast. I would recommend paying for it at the time of booking to save money. Everything about my stay was excellent. The only complaint was their slowness in releasing my room deposit upon checkout. "
