The only reason we selected this hotel to stay at was because of the kids’ pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was out of order and the swimming pool where the kids could play was so cold. This was so disappointing. We were celebrating our grandson’s first birthday with his siblings and cousins unfortunately they stood around and shivered the whole stay. This was such a disappointing stay. I will definitely inquire as to the availability of the amenities the next time before I stay.
