"Staff service (Lauren and Sheila) was great and went the extra mile to mail me a lost item at no extra charge. The only issue I had was the AC unit in the room was making a loud vibrating/rattling noise that wouldn't stop while it was running. The room temperature was comfortable on it's own, so I just turned the unit off."

"We had a fabulous family stay at this VRBO. Greg was a great host, there was plenty of room and it was a great location. The weather couldn't have been better! We booked this because of the number of rooms, location and the game room with pool table. We didn't know that Elvis would be there, but that was just a bonus, as Mom is a bit Elvis fan! We did a wonderful tour with Ella of the Faribault Woolen Mill and had a picnic at the state park near Waterville. We even caught the ice cream truck that went thru the neighborhood. We spent quality family time talking and playing games. A vacation we won't forget!! Thank you Greg and the Wilmes family!"

"Superb! This motel is fantastic. Not only was the room spotless, but so was the entire building. We were shocked to find that it’s been owned for 8 years and it still looks fresh and new! There clearly has been a lot of pride and effort gone into maintaining this property. Other “chain” motels/hotels could definitely learn a thing or two from this owner and his fantastic staff.
