Lakeview w/access

Beautiful 5 bedroom corner home with access to Lake Tetonka right across the street. The public beach is a 200 yard walk over a wooden bridge that crosses the beginnings of the Cannon River. Close to downtown and to Sakatah State Trail for biking and hiking. Many lakes close by for fishing and boating. Small hometown feel. Also close to largest waterpark in southern Minnesota less than 1 mile away at Kamp Dels. There is a dock, lakeside fire pit, and 2-4 kayaks available most weekends, but you must provide your own life jackets. We also have a 660 square foot game room above the garage complete with couch, love seat, futon, billiard table, card tables, and a 1952 wood rail pinball machine. Bring your fishing gear, swim suits, pool cues, and life jackets and enjoy!

Beautiful home
Communication was excellent with the owner. The home was very comfortable spacious and just had that homey feeling. We had a very busy weekend with the wedding. I wish we had more time to enjoy the home and the neighborhood. This will definitely be our first choice if we are back in the area.

Nice Family Weekend Getaway
We booked this place for a family wedding and it was in a great location to the venue. There was plenty of room for our extended family to stay. We had 1 issue with the house during our stay, but the owner came over and fixed it promptly. We enjoyed our time in Waterville. We drove to Minneapolis for 1 day and it was a shirt easy drive into the city.

2023 Sibling Gathering
Ideal location in a smaller community with a Lake view and access. We brought a golf cart and could easily access the entire area and businesses. Our group of senior kids comes from Minnesota, Montana, and California and meet every year at a rental in one of those states. We believe this home was one of our best. The owner was very accommodating and quickly to respond to our inquiries. The home was so roomy and quiet.

Wonderful Stay plenty of Room
This place was perfect for our family gathering. Everyone had plenty of room to hang-out . The homeowner was very responsive on any questions that we had. The lake across the street was great for the younger kids in the family to enjoy. We cooked on the grill and sat out on the back deck. The neighborhood was quiet. this was a 5-star rating, don't wait! book this place!

The facility was awesome. Very thoughtful hosts. Everything was so well stocked. We had a wedding in the area and had the wedding attendants staying here and they waved about the location and facility. We would highly recommend!

Great stay
We had a great time at this home. We drove to a river to float down on tubes which lasted 5 hours. Beautiful day. Sunday a rainy day and played games and had a blast. The home easily accommodated 6 adults using 4 rooms with room to spare. The jacuzzi tub was a lovely benefit. Kitchen if fully stocked for dishes and needed items. The lake was green but that is common for smaller lakes when it’s a hot summer. We wanted to kayak but ran out of Sunny time. The Mexican restaurant in Waterville was delicious! The local bar food was equally original and good. It was perfect for what we wanted. Thank you!
