"Comfy bed, staff very friendly "

"We booked this hotel as a pit stop for our trip to London. We have been before and have had a completely different experience this time. Upon arrival we were greeted with blank stares and no smiles. Something I’d describe as the opposite of a warm welcome. Staff were unwelcoming which made us incredibly uncomfortable. The room was fine overall. We were shocked to have a knock at our door at 8am asking for us to stop stamping our feet. To the staffs surprise, we were not stomping our feet at all. It was our one year old daughter doing her normal child activities 10 minutes after she had woken up. This has genuinely confused us as the hotel must be child friendly due to us stating we were travelling with a child. Overall, we were disappointed with this visit and will not be returning. "

"Room out dated, red die on carpets, bath dirty and worn this is probably the most out dated Hilton room we have been in, did not complain because all the rooms are probably the same and it was only for one night and the price you pay the parking should be included £10 "

"Had requested a cancel & refund and was denied it. The hotel was pretty full on the day so can’t see why the room wouldn’t have got replaced."
