"Did not get room type I reserved. Was assured they would move me the next day. They didn’t. Second room I stayed in still had trash in the bins and half empty glasses of beverages strewn about the room. Front desk clerks were not helpful."

"Clean, updated hotel with non-carpet flooring, which feels more hygienic and doesn’t trap odors. The AC/heating unit is a bit loud, and the bathroom faucet too far from the basin, design can cause water to splash onto the counter.
The stay was mostly quiet, but on the last night, a new guest in the neighboring room spoke loudly into late night so meaning the walls are not well soundproofed. There was also a continuous noise from next room, from some kind of device, along with noticeable plumbing sounds (especially during water use), which was disruptive for sleep.
Complimentary morning coffee is a nice touch; breakfast buffet costs extra. Convenient location at a main road intersection. A gas station is right in front, with a car wash available for an extra fee and a gas discount if you purchase it.
