"Clean and comfortable, good breakfast with eggs,sausage, bagel/toast and yogourt. Stayed in a main floor room with a Queen bed and sofa. It was huge, only downside is that there was some noise for guests in the room above us in the morning. It's a bit uphill and more than walking distance from the harbour area."

"The King room we had was large with a couch and 2 chairs. The window overlooked the indoor pool. The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was huge but had a small shower and no bathtub which is fine, but seemed like not a great use of space? We used the pool, hot tub and sauna and were grateful for them after a long day of travelling. The hallway to reach the pool appears to have had some flooding as all the laminate flooring had swelled. The breakfast was adequate to pile in some calories before starting our day. "

"The lakefront king room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfortable! Restaurant staff and food were great! I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t lake swimming but the pool and sauna were nice. Exterior of the building could use a refresh but was happy with our stay and loved our room."

"The room (100) was outdated. Some of the furnitures were broken. The shower had mold. The tap had the temperature the other way round - cold was hot and vice versa. I could not lock the room overnight. They do not clean the room, it was a 2 day stay. They really to renovate this room and the exterior. The llace is very beautiful, however it needs a serious renovation."

"We had a great stay! The hotel was very nice. They had a treasure box at the front for our kids to pick a prize, which was a really nice touch. Our room was excellent and clean. I loved the gym! They had everything from yoga mats, to bands, to a variety of machines. The fridge with the chilled cloths- so appreciated. We also used the saltwater pool (we went in the morning when it was quiet). The kids had a blast. Breakfast in the morning (included) had a variety of choices. Everything was delicious. We chose to sit outside, and the setup was nice. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and amenities. The price was great. All in all, we would definitely go back/recommend."
