"The room and amenities are excellent. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained.The problem was the customer service. We asked a few days ahead for two joined rooms, which we weren’t provided but were assigned room across near each other. I had to check out two days after and the other room was booked for two more days. I checked out and was told I am all set. "The property was very on top of room service and did an excellent job with keeping the property clean. Also offers a continental breakfast which was quick and tasty. Overall property was kept clean and offered options to shuttle to downtown Madison."

"the room was not particularly clean--needed a good vacuum and there wasn't a full complement of towels. The walls were extremely thin and both nights I was awakened by drunk, yelling neighbors after 2 am. The front desk staff member said he would call and ask them to quiet down but I'm not sure that happened. The breakfast lacked healthy alternatives and the decaf coffee carafe was cold and not refilled across my 2 day stay. There's no access to outside doors near the parking areas so you...
