"Everything was great. Except for the lady that checked us in on Friday night. She was not at the desk, and there was no way to call someone. She never smiled, or made an expression or said thankyou. Like a rude statue. Everyone else I interacted with at the hotel was very polite and helpful. We got a downstairs room, right by the pool, and we had a lot of fun. Everything we needed was close by. We will stay again. Even if grumpy is at the desk."

"At first sight our room seemed decent. It wasn't until I dropped the remote and noticed how dirty it really was...There was pet food on the floor in a few places(PET FREE ROOM!), a black comb, hair ties and a moldy cup all stashed behind the nightstand. The public hot tub was absolutely disgusting! Green, slimy algae around the whole tub! I expected a better stay coming from Wyndham. Very disappointed. Will NOT be staying here again!"

"Hot tub was luke warm and the jets didnt work. Pool was tiny and 4ft shallow, kind of pointless. Hard mattress. Parking was odd, had to come in to find out they give a free passcode for the parking kiosk. Buzzing a/c unit. "Upgraded" my room at check in to one with a view of the adjacent rooftop and a brick wall. That was crap..... Friendly helpful staff. Lots of towels and wash stuff."

"Really believed this place had a pool. My 5 year old was crushed that it did not. The pictures online show a pool so we didnt look on expedia"

"In town for a funeral. Arrived to find out the King rooms (which we reserved) were ALL on the second floor and NO elevator. Not good with ambulatory issues. Agreed to a double queen room on 1st floor, but then told none are available. Put in single queen room with handicap access bathroom (not needed) with questionable cleanliness."

"Pictures online are not accurate. Lots of homeless people living here. I had pets, so did others. Dogs barking all the time. Residents are noisy, which causes dogs to bark, which causes my dogs to bark. I barely slept. Almost checked out around 1 am because of the lack of quiet surroundings. As a single, female traveler, I was nervous about all the residents hanging outside. Didn't feel safe. I picked this place based on reviews and pictures. This is the 2nd time out of the last 2 that the online info was not accurate. I guess A1 can make everyone's hotel look spectacular. We are losing the truth from everything!!"
