Right On The Water

Beautiful cottage on Witter's Lake in Wautoma. This water is so clear you will see the fish swimming by you! No wake lake to enjoy the fishing and swimming in peace and take time to relax! Enjoy the kayaks, paddle boat and canoe.

This is our family cottage, we stay here as much as we can also. Please treat the cottage as your own home, with respect. This cottage will sleep 6 to 7 people. Fully furnished home with all the amenities. But sorry, no wifi. You need to get outside and enjoy the outdoors! No worries if the weather is not cooperating, board games and dvd's are available. This cottage is a short 7 mile drive to downtown Wautoma where you will find cute antique stores, ice cream shops and delicious restaurants!

The cabin does not have standard AC but a portable AC that cools the house with some fans. But usually the nice breeze off the water keeps the house comfortable!

No visitors, gatherings, parties or events are allowed on our premises. I am happy to accommodate all our guests however, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot allow unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or events. All guests, including friends or family who will be in the home or at the property are required to be listed as additional guests at the time your reservation is made. Guests who allow unauthorized persons on-premises will be charged a $100 fee per unauthorized person(s).

Fantastic location!

We were staying from Delaware as we have family in town! Stunning views & access to the lake from the property & so much to do on the lake with the kayaks & paddle boat. Was able to fish directly off the dock, so great for kids! Owner Carmen was absolutely awesome, communication was great! Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing!!

Carmen was great to work with and has everything you can think of already on the property. The beds are comfortable, and the decor is really cute and cozy! We played games, made sand castles, went swimming, grilled out, and had bonfires. A perfect holiday weekend!

Lake Witters Beauty

I stayed here with my family for an extended weekend. The house and property are so cute! Lake Witters is so clean and peaceful. We spent most days in the water or on the dock fishing. On the right side of the house there is a nicely sized fire pit area where we unwound each day. The house is cozy and well stocked with cookware. We also explored Wautoma which is an adorable little town with lots of shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and will strongly consider a return!
