"The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was perfect for disabled person. The staff were polite and helpful. The manager was difficult because my daughter had a certified service dog. In her opinion the service dog was not trained adequately and therefore not counted as a service dog. She stated that she will have to add an extra charge for having a dog in the room."
