"This was just a great place to stay! Very convenient (and walkable) to lots of places to eat. Rooms were clean and simple and perfect. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff we met, Billy and Braedon, were very friendly and helpful and provided us with loads of information—guiding us to come back!! The other staff in the office were super friendly and helpful too. We are so glad life afforded us to come to Avon and stay at the Avon Motel!! "

"We needed handicap accessibility and this was the perfect home for us. From the drive-up, to the open layout and spacious bathroom, it was so great for our family. You’ll need your own trash bags and dish washing detergent though. We loved sitting on the edge of the dock to watch the gorgeous sunsets on the Sound."

"I cannot say enough great things about renting this property. The amount of amenities was not something I've experienced in all my years renting. We did not have to bring beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and they even provided a cart to haul everything to the beach! It was wonderful! Condo was decorated beautifully and the beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was never crowded. You could see the ocean and moonlight from the balcony and we sat out there every night. The campground next door made for fun people watching and wasn't an issue for us. WiFi worked great too! Having an elevator was very nice as well. Communication with Tony was outstanding and we are hoping to be repeat customers to this condo. Thanks again for everything! We had a fabulous week!"
