"Once you get inside the unit, it is very comfortable and spacious. But everything around the building is super sketchy. This area seems to be a popular place for people without homes to sleep for the night and hang out all day. You have to navigate entering a code to get into the building at night, which puts you in a very exposed situation. If you are a solo female, forget walking to or from the building at night. You'll want an Uber no matter how close you are. Because there are not any...

"The only issue we had which was not really a huge deal was that we had trouble Accessing our Jurney app to unlock and lock Our door. Our flight was so early that it really didn’t matter however if we had wanted to go to get something. And come back we couldn’t. It was like it the system checked Us out all on its own 5 hours before checkout … all in all great trull"

"We came in to just shop and visit around downtown and surrounding areas. The unit is located right by the wonderful farmers market and close to Deep Ellum. The building was quiet and the beds were very comfortable!"

"They gave us the wrong door entry code, couldn’t get in from the front entrance, there was a bum always laying outside the window, it smelt like trash outside the door because the room is right by the trash dump pick up. The shower was broken, the next door neighbor was playing their music till 10:30pm…. The list kept going on and on… there’s too much too write about! we will not be staying here again!"

"Unfortunately this rental was a complete disappointment. Only one working elevator created an incredible risk during the weekend as 4-6 jammed packed the elevator. Very uncomfortable bed + dirty/stained couch contributed to leaving the place & moving to a hotel"
