"I had to clean the room myself, and bedding were offered to be changed only once in the week. Water in the bathroom strangely stopped and led to usage of a bucket instead. Insects were found in the bathroom and the manager explained it was because he has put a pesticide, so it was normal. All this in top of paying the bill for hydro used in the room (information provided after the room is rented and this is non refundable. The area is so unsafe, people stay inside after sunset by fear of being...

"Appartement pas prêt à notre arrivée, pas nettoyé, linge de maison utilisé, cuisine rempli de cafards. Les cafards se promènent aussi abondamment dans les couloirs et salle à manger. Réfrigérateur dans un état lamentable.
Si vous êtes allergiques à la poussière, évitez, quoique la pharmacie très proche est ouverte jusqu’à 22h00 et vend de la ventoline sans ordonnances. Expérience désolante pour la propreté et pour le prix et de bien meilleur appartement ailleurs.

"Comfortable room, great location and view at a reasonable price.
Most of the amenities (such as the restaurant and bar) are next door, but it’s about a 20 foot walk so not much of an imposition.
I especially appreciated the layout of the elevators. They opened into a waiting area and you walk out of that to find the rooms. This cuts down a ton on noise from people walking out of the elevator and taking a minute to reduce the volume of their conversation.
This isn’t a 5-star hotel, but I’m giving it five stars because it fulfilled expectations"
