absolute garbage. made rez, drove 12 hours, mgr. spoke no english except "no room, remodel." didn't have any idea of expedia, res, or stay, but tried to take my card from booking. expedia cust, service straightened it out.

Absolutely disgusting! The place looks condemned. Got there and said NOPE, didn’t even check in. Also they kept my money and will not refund me. Green water too

I was supposed to check into my room at 3:00 I did not get to check into my room until 5:00 because there was nobody in the office the windows were busted out of my room it was infested with roaches my door did not lock I'm going in or coming out.. And the fire alarm didn't work

Should probably be shut down. I’ve never seen a more dirty or dingy hotel. Don’t stay here. Try any of the hotels in the south part of town. Bugs and filth everywhere.

Dangerous hotel

People passed out in the lobby, smelled like dope. Extremely dangerous place to stay. We cancelled on arrival and found a new hotel to stay at. They are refusing to refund my money at this time. Should not be allowed on Hotels.com.
