Finger Lakes Gem

Huge, meticulously maintained, family-friendly and private vacation home. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a weeks long stay. Three big family rooms with brand new very comfortable furniture. Kitchen has everything you could need. Large bedrooms with plenty of space for 12. Indoor resort style spa area with hot tub, sauna, shower, bathroom, changing room, and gym/hangout area. Even thought to provide robes! The giant fire pit was great(even in Winter). Book this amazing home!

Mark was an amazing host and was very attentive during our stay. Pokey Moonshine was the perfect getaway for our group of friends to relax and catch-up. The property is well kept and truly a gem!

This was an amazing vacation. We were very impressed by the size, the cleanliness, and the comfort of this property. We spent much of our days enjoying nearby hiking, but everyone agreed that we would have been just as happy had we merely stayed at the house. We will definitely be looking at this property again if we ever come back to the region for a future vacation.

Spacious, clean and great for a weekend

We stayed with kids and extended family (8 in total) for a weekend when I was running a marathon at Letchworth State Park. The place was clean, well organized and very spacious. The outdoor fire pit was super fun and the kids loved the game room and creek running through the back.

Family Summer Fun

The first thing I noticed when searching for a place to stay for our July 4th holiday was the level entry to the house. We were planning a visit to the matriarch of our family, in her mid-90s. Mom has physical restrictions which make stairs very difficult for her. Since having 11 of us for dinner at her house just wouldn't work, it was wonderful to have her able to come for dinner with all of us - twice! That said, the house perfectly met all our needs - every couple/family had a separate sleeping area and plenty of bathrooms for all! The kitchen setup was very manageable and accommodated all of our needs. And three living spaces on the main floor! Togetherness and privacy available as desired! Downstairs, the game area provided some indoor activities that all could enjoy! And in the evenings, the spa offered adult spaces with the hot tub and sauna. We even lowered the hot tub heat our last evening so our pregnant DIL could also enjoy and relax! We grilled one meal out on the patio, and enjoyed the peaceful quiet with the babbling brook nearby. All 11 of us had a lovely time visiting a familiar area close to family at Loon Lake. We certainly would recommend Pokey Moonshine at any time of the year!
