"We spent the weekend here for fall break and loved it. The house is very nice and in a great location, just minutes from Jamestown and Russell Springs or Lake Cumberland state park. There’s plenty to do if you plan to be out and about but the house is a great place to unplug and unwind and be away from it all. Kitchen is nicely equipped, two decks are great for relaxing in a quiet location, but also tv’s and games available. The whole house is incredibly nice and clean and all the beds are comfortable. The check-in and checkout were super easy and the owner was very helpful and responded to messages. The only downside is we had to leave! We will certainly be back!"

"Everything was great I loved the rocking chair made me feel like I was back home with my grand parents. Watching the sun come up and all the sounds. My kids and grandkids loved it there city folks and not been in the country. Everyone loved the interior of the house. The price was great compared to hotel rooms for 10 people and the great outdoor view. The rooms were clean and the kitchen worked great for us. i know the host would have been there for us but not needed. loved watching the the sun come up over the lake great view."

"The stay was great. Very clean house and pool was a warm comfort. Plenty of room for all of our guests to relax yet enjoy each other’s company. Bedrooms are very roomy and bathrooms were nice. Feels secluded but close to town for errands and groceries. Would definitely stay again."

"It was a nice stay. AT&T does not work in area therefore there is no way to use the golf cart service easily. Can get on WiFi in cabin but phone only worked in cabin. No way to call for service from parking lot. A actual phone to pick up and call someone would be great at the top of the dock. It is a long walk to pack your things from the parking lot. I highly suggest you bring a wheeled cart to put your things in and strollers for kids or pet. It was in the 90’s during our stay. Most of the staff was great & friendly. 8/10 rating"
