"Shower wasn’t clean before check in, soap residue in the shower"

"Service was great from staff. Breakfast was decent for a hotel the only thing I would fix is the water pressure in the shower we stayed for 4 days and didn't feel clean the whole time"

"The manager complained about employees the whole time. Elevator was broken, sign had been up for a long time. I had to make three different trips up the stairs to different rooms, no one knew which rooms were clean or dirty. The lady and guy both had nothing but complaints about not being able to staff. It’s none of my business, and I didn’t ask. I just wanted a room. This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve had in a very long time. I will never return and I will be requesting a refund."

"Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Room was not very clean. Dead bugs (at least dead) all over the floor. Just overall not clean floors especially. Outside of the building needs a facelift. Great location close to the highway. Bed was comfortable"
