"Decent area, landscaping was well kept and parking was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy, and check out was digital so very convenient. Room was clean but had a faint unpleasant smell. Temperature control was good and the bed was moderately comfortable but overall the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location was very convenient to the Dickie’s Arena, all the museums and the south Ft. Worth area."

"Staff were some of the most courteous and helpful. We've long enjoyed staying at La Quintas but this location is aged and in need of updates. Fitness room had broken equipment and no towels. Pool doesn’t look clean and was thus never used. Bathroom had leaking shower fixture and old caulking. Sink fixtures loose. Our original room had a faulty door lock which wasn’t discovered until second day. Staff tried to repair right away but ultimately moved us to another room. Continental breakfast was very plain with no variety during any of our 5 day stay. Bottom line, for the price, you can find better conditioned hotels."

"Breakfast is sad, definitely not worth the money. The restaurant hours are very limited and the pantry area is non existent. Housekeeping is limited as well. Hopefully you ask for towels when they are there because after like 2 pm they are no longer on shift and you won’t be able to get your trash taken or any clean towels. IHG is usually a great place to stay but this was very disappointing. For the price, we should’ve stayed somewhere else. The only thing I will say is the size of the room was nice as well as having a microwave and a mini fridge in the room."

"Uncertain as to why we had a 'ghost charge' of $6.50. If it was for water, I felt sure the sign in the room said two waters were free. All others were $3 I believe. Not clear. Parking $20? REally? Why? Seemed like a true cash grab. The room was terrific and no complaints there at all."
