Located approximately 40 miles west of Fort Worth in scenic northwest Parker County. The guesthouse is a 600 square foot, one room offering comfortable accommodations for a single traveler or couple. There is a queen size bed with room for 1-2 twin size blow up mattress (provided) to accommodate up to two more guests. Families welcome. Please let us know if you will need the blow up mattresses.

There is satellite tv and a Roku. Wifi as well (35 download, 5 upload) The guest house has a full size kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot and a filtered water system. There is a large bathroom with tiled standup shower. The guesthouse has a relaxing porch overlooking an in-ground 5 foot deep pool. All guests swim at their own risk.

For a relaxing night there is a fire pit, small charcoal and gas grill, and a serenity garden. Enjoy the great outdoors.

Located 12 miles from historic Weatherford which offers many restaurants and shopping. 45 miles from Texas motor speedway and 60 miles from Dfw airport.

100% recommend this property. Host was very accommodating and super friendly. Enjoyed the Banana Nut bread left for us. Fresh eggs were left if you wanted. Have only wonderful things to say about this property.

They Saved Our Entire Trip!
The entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I had messed up the booking dates and my stay was paid for and passed up by the time it was realized. After contacting the hosts, they were able to help us out with no extra cost. We had my brother's wedding that week and it would have been a whole ordeal if they weren't so helpful. The home itself is very quaint and a nice escape from the busy city life. You will see lots of farm animals and whitetail deer on the journey from the highway. After arriving at the home, you will be welcomed by the curious dogs that are behind a fence. The guest house is very comfortable with room to walk your dogs before turning in for the night. The side road to the home is long and good for walking or jogging. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life for a moment.

Perfect weekend getaway
We drove in for the weekend to run a Spartan race in Granbury, about an hour away. We were pleasantly surprised by just how adorable this entire property was. From the tasteful decor and super comfortable bed to the thoughtful touches like bottles of water and homemade banana bread, this stay was a win! Wish it had been earlier in the year so we could have swam in the pool! Highly recommend and would stay again.

This place is a GEM! Perfect getaway for my husband & I. Sweet little guest house was perfect for us. The homemade banana bread and the fresh chicken eggs were such a bonus. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. Scott and Sara are great hosts! We will definitely go back.

This place is perfect.
We stayed her 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. We are already trying to plan our next stay. Every thing was so nice and clean. Very peaceful and quiet. It had everything that you could need and more. We highly recommend staying here even if it is a quick get away from home. We are very thankful for our nice host. She made us fill very welcome with the fresh banana bread and farm fresh eggs.
