We enjoyed our time there. It is a bit musty smelling, however. Also, the grounds needed to be spruced up. Lots of overgrowth. Other than that, we had a wonderful time! Great location!
This place was so sweet for our family. Just a short drive from Ashville, we loved Weaverville! Loved being in the mountains surrounded by trees. The kids loved the hot tub and their room downstairs. Such a sweet family time.
This is an amazing property. Tucked away on a hillside. Very private. Large front deck with swing and Adirondack chairs. Back patio with jacuzzi and firepit. Inside is warm with exposed log beams and fireplace. Nice kitchen , modern appliances. Gorgeous bathroom. Really was blown away by this beautiful, updated cabin. Highly recommended.
Our stay was lovely, home is very comfortable and secluded. We loved the flip on fireplace and the hot tub, kitchen was well equipped. King bed was comfortable but the trundle bed needs to be replaced, mattress too thin. The extra large deck was splendid for outdoor time. A heads up that the road up to property is very steep and one lane only so take care coming and going. Plan to arrive before dark as it’s a bit hard to find. This property is about 20-25 mins from downtown Asheville and it’s a pretty drive. The whole area is bucolic and gorgeous with spring coming on.
The property was very nice. Felt like you were in a tree house with all the views. Well furnished and comfortable. Hot tub was great and the small fire features near the hot tub and down a small path were also nice touches. Grill worked well. Would stay here again!
The house was exactly as described. Very clean and well kept. The bedrooms on the main floor were nice and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Hot tub was nice- very clean and easy to get in and out of. Overall a really nice relaxing stay. the porch had great seating and I fell asleep on the rocking bed a couple times! Would stay again and would recomend to a friend.
My boyfriend, 8 year old step daughter and I had the best time at this cabin. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces including the front porch for meals, yoga, and evening fires. We used the hot tub almost every evening, and the outdoor living room for solo meditation and journaling time (as well as family reading time and fires). We saw flying turkeys, hummingbirds, and lots of birds. The beds were very comfy, towels were super fluffy and soft, and overall vibe of the cabin was amazing. The location is about 8 minutes from everything in Weaverville, and about 20 minutes from Asheville which was great! We had an issue with our keypad and the office was very helpful and prompt in solving the issue, would recommend this spot to anyone!!
