"The wood would not burn despite lighting it multiple times with the starter and kindling. It still wouldn’t burn after the staff came and lit it. My suggestion is to try starting the fire on cold evenings very early."

"Motel served it’s purpose. We stayed for 2 nights. The heat was preset so we can’t adjust the thermostat to our desired setting. Towels need to replaced. More amperage needed per room to operate at least 2 small appliances simultaneously. Staff was helpful."
