Beautiful guest flat in a favoured location. The flat has been freshly renovated. It is very bright and modern, whether for business people / fitters or simply for holidays, the flat offers just the right thing for everyone On the balcony you have a wonderful view of the greenery, after a minute's walk you are already in the forest, the flat is quietly located, our family also has cats. You will probably hardly notice them, but we advise people with a cat hair allergy not to rent the flat.

As the flat is a non-smoking flat, we kindly ask you to smoke on the balcony.

There are a total of 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and a storage room.the bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.the kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.in the living room is a dining area, couch landscape, TV, DVD player and stereo.

Sehr schön

Ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzen gebabt, alles ist sauber und ordentlich, alles was man im täglichen leben braucht ist vorhanden gewesen, wenn doch was benötigt wird kann man fragen und es wird geholfen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr höfflich, freundlich, hilft wenn etwas ist...wie zbs durften wir einmal im Haus mit der privaten waschmaschine unsere Wäsche waschen, gut wäre als kleiner Tipp eine Waschmaschine extra nur für Gäste, die dann mit im Wäsche Keller steht. Leider waren Spielplätze und Eisdiele nicht in unmittelbarer nähe zu Fuß erreichbar gewesen, trotzdem war es ein ruhiger und entspannender Aufenthalt gewesen. Mit dem Auto alle läden die es so gibt gut in kürze erreichbar. Wir wünschen den vermietern alles gute.
