Die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck könnte etwas moderner sein. Eine Lampe am Esstisch und Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer wären vorteilhaft. Das schmälert aber nicht die sehr gute Gesamtbewertung mit problemlosen Kontakt zum Gastgeber. "

"The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. "Prettig appartement, schoon en groot genoeg voor een gezin van 4. Alles aanwezig wat er nodig was, incl. goede wifi. Pal aan de piste maar met ramen dicht geen last van de muziek van de après ski. En die was rond etenstijd ook buiten al niet meer te horen. Wij komen graag terug. Iets van een plankje onder en boven bij het stapelbed waar je iets op kwijt kan zou fijn zijn. En er zijn geen nachtlampjes of stopcontacten in de kamer met het stapelbed."

"The wifi was non existent. I tried to tell the front staff and they were not receptive and leaving shortly, at 9pm! The walls were full of huge black streaks. The bedding was full of piles - obviously they wash their sheets with their towels I am guessing. The mattresses were terrible as were the pillows. The pillows were so very sad. The only salvation was the breakfast staff - super awesome! I have to say I thought I would have had the chance to express my concerns the next morning; however, there was a sign that no one would be there until after 1pm. So from 9pm at night until after 1pm the next day - no one to address your concerns! Idk how this property got such a high rating. Expedia also tried to contact this property and was not successful! Very disappointed."
