Quiet and comfortable

We loved the location and privacy, overlooking a quiet part of the golf course. The house was large and bright, with great kitchen space for our medium sized group.

Great Location

Our extended family had a wonderful weekend getaway for skiing and snowboarding at Mt Hood. The home was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located. The access to a pool and the hot tub at the house were great hits, especially after a day outdoors. We would definitely return.

The house was very nice and clean. We rented it over Christmas, and they had a Christmas tree and some decorations. The kids loved it; it was a perfect home away from home to celebrate the holidays.

Comfortable House and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable, kitchen had everything needed to host a large group, great fireplace with plenty of wood available, and awesome hot tub! I would book this property again.

Mt Hood Village retreat

We had a fantastic stay at the Mt Hood Village retreat. It was exactly as advertised, wonderful balcony and hot tub and plenty of space for our group of friends. Friendly and easy communication. Would stay again.

Great Ski Trip

The house was clean and had all of the amenities one could want. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the desired appliances were available. The hot tub was in perfect order and heated when we arrived. Check in and check out was painless. Proximity to restaurants and the mountain was perfect. We had a great time!

August Stay

A great property with room for 9 adults, an incredible deck and a hot tub that was clean and functioning well. The toilets have flushing issues and the oven broke, so there are some small things to remedy. But it was a great stay!

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful reunion with college friends and our little ones. We went swimming in the pool in the mornings and played by the river every afternoon. We grilled most nights and the house was perfect. The rooms upstairs had a major issue with the AC but other than that all worked out well!

Convenient Close to the Mt

The first floor has a great layout for family and friends to eat and still interact with each other while in the living room. Hot tub use was easy. Lots of rooms on the second floor. The windows provide lots of light during the day time and you can see the snow falling onto the patio. It's a beautiful stay.

Great House - Not So Great Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was spotless, one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Beautiful neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by trees you really don’t know there are neighbors. Loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings. Ping pong table is so fun we had many family tournaments. The beds are very comfortable. Communication with mgmt company was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely 4 bedroom

Really great house! Very clean. Hot tub was great to have. Big family room was the highlight! It's well laid out, and the living room/deck has views of the forest and Huckleberry Mountain out the back. Kitchen was mostly stocked and everything worked even though the range/oven is a bit old. Would consider this a 4 bedroom, not 5, because one of the "bedrooms" faces the living room, has no door or privacy and has a fold-out couch. But this was fine with our 4-person group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a nice driveway and has a nice hot tub and spacious. The biggest concern we had were toilets outside of master were giving us issues as the handles were falling off and the shower upstairs was very difficult to start. Other than those things the rental was nice. They had lots of extra blankets.

Entertaining and relaxing

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay, but main downstairs bed was certainly not a king as described. Bedroom tv only had limited channels. Main tv had 4 remotes with complicated instructions. Televisions were never used. The mattress and televisions were small inconveniences and didn’t affect our overall stay, I’m just informing other travelers. The indoor and outdoor spaces were entertaining and relaxing in a quiet convenient location. I was not sure where to drop off keys before office hrs, so I put them in the box where I picked them up. Other offices have a clearly-marked drop-off for this purpose, so check-out instructions should be clarified for those that need to check out early.

great shady location overall comfy stay!

Nice open concept on main floor with high vaulted ceiling and two story windows to view the outdoors and deck. The location was less than 5 minutes from the grocery store, which was great since we did a lot of cooking. Kitchen was nice and roomy, we did not want for any utensils or pots and pans as was fully stocked, It even had a crockpot (i forgot mine so that was a saver). The bed I slept on was very comfy and everyone else seemed content with there sleeping quarters. The Management company was very nice and helpful. Also, Just minutes away was the club house with the pool and tennis courts for our use. People very nice at club house, pool and tennis courts well maintained. We really were excited about the ping pong table in the garage as we are big fans so that was super fun. But one suggestion you might want to have the management company check the ping pong balls to make sure they are not flat or cracked etc . We did not contact the management company with regards to the balls but im sure they would have got us some new ones (we let them know upon departure though. All in all we had a very relaxing stay.
