"I loved everything about the hotel until I was trying to sleep and was awakened by dog barking. That really really angered me. I do love dogs but I do also believe there's a place for them and at a hotel. I think that there should be a floor dedicated to owners who have pets so I would have given a five-star but I can't because I was really angered and bothered that my sleep was broken and I couldn't go right back to sleep because of the barking dogs"

"Rooms were clean roaches in the first room were really bad they moved my room and I still haven’t seen my security deposit. You have to wait until 9 am for them to open, I had a flight to meet so I need to leave at 6. Still haven’t received it. Only 2 towels for the 3 days, will not stay there again 😔"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Had the extreme misfortune of staying here for a last minute trip to the furniture market. Receptionist woman didn’t have the absolute basic manners. Rude, disgusting and confrontational ghetto behavior. She angrily barked every word at everyone while offering zero help or support. Rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. One of the worst experiences of my life. You are better off sleeping in your car than stay here."

"Overall good stay. Bathroom shower stall does allow water to splash into the bathroom. Outlets do not have ability to plug in phone chargers without the adapter "

"Had an awesome stay…only issue was there were 4 people in the room and only 2 washcloths and no linens for pull out bed…. called the front desk but didn’t receive for hours-finally had to go to the desk to request items which were then delivered within minutes…other than that-awesome-kids loved the pool and tasty breakfast"

"Before booking at this hotel I read the reviews and there were a lot of great reviews. When I arrived it was nothing like the reviews described. Upon entering the lobby there was an odor. I booked a non-smoking room online but during check-in was told there were no more non-smoking rooms so they put me in a smoking room. When we got off the elevator there was an odd smell in the hallway. When we got in the room the smell was horrible! There were 2 rolls of used toilet paper in the bathroom, stains on the tub/shower, and trash on the floor. We were uncomfortable even sleeping in those beds. Due to the smell we had to leave asap due to me literally getting sick to my stomach. I would never book here again. "
