    The Space:

    Welcome to your charming Wellfleet retreat. The house sits atop a peaceful natural setting on a quiet and private road. The home is in close proximity to Wellfleet Town center and Pier, pristine ocean side beaches within Cape Cod National Seashore and beaches on the calmer waters of Cape Cod Bay. The Wellfleet freshwater kettle ponds are great alternatives to a day at the ocean beaches. The Wellfleet town center area offers many great restaurants for a variety of tastes, too many to mention by name. Across from Mayo beach Wellfleet offers basketball, pickle ball and tennis courts, skate park, and volleyball net with a great playground for the kids which hold scheduled activities are available (Jun – Sept). The home sits just moments away from the bike trail, MA Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary with 5 miles of walking trails, Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre, pubs, mom 'n pop shops, art galleries, and the endless natural beauty of the outer cape draw loyal vacationers. With 1450 square feet of cozy living space, this home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open kitchen living room layout is perfect for relaxing and having conversation. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor deck, complete with a separate enclosed outdoor shower. The Florida room, located off the kitchen, is an ideal spot for lounging. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

We had a wonderful time! The house is lovely and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sunporch and the deck. The location is great—convenient to the beach, ponds and town, and it was a quiet neighborhood throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Wellfleet. The house is in a great location—close to the beach, ponds, and town. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. We especially liked the sunporch and deck. I would definitely rent this house again.

The house was lovely not fancy, but extremely comfortable. People should be told that the front door is actually in the back where the code is. The only issue was the sunroom is mildewy, which is common out on the Cape, but luckily there’s a glass door, and you can shut it off from the rest of the houseWe had a great time and it was a perfect location for what we wanted to do
