    Attending an event at the Shell V Motorsport park? Then this property is the perfect spot, located only 15 minutes away. Serene Shores features a large open plan living area with four bedrooms, generous sized kitchen, modern decor and natural light.



    It also provides the enthusiast with plenty of off street storage, with a double garage providing on site storage for boats, kayaks and cars.

    Although there is no direct access to the water from the property, Serene Shores enjoys an enviable waterfront position, within the Wellington East Marina development, closely located to the newly developed boat ramp and community facilities.



    The property is bordered by other by established, waterfront holiday homes in a popular holiday location, within easy and quick access to Princes Highway and the Motorsport Park.



    More suited to adults / teenagers. Not suitable for small children as there is direct access to the water and no established garden.

Clean and convenient

The house was ideal for our family of 5, had plenty of room and very clean. We were very happy with our stay, only let down was no pontoon for boat docking otherwise perfect.

Great getaway

Nice location and kid had a lot of fun with fishing. House is clean and beds are comfy. Gust winds on the second and third days. Power off for 4 hours at Xmas eve. Maybe consider to provide some essential cooking sauce, sugar and salt? Some instant coffee will also provide a good experience? The owner really should consider to build a jetty/platform at the backyard. Not convenience to jump up and down the retain wall and also not safe to walk on the rocks of the riverside.
