"Amazing setting. Loved the whole experience especially the fire pit, outdoor seating areas, hot tub, and grill. We cooked almost every meal. The cabin is rustic and remote. The property description and pictures made the experience exactly what was expected. "

"My second stay at Sky River, needless to say we really love it! A wonderful log cabin right in the Skykomish, very private and cozy. Rustic in the good way, with most amenities but you will prefer to read a book, sit by the fire pit or float in the river. See you next year!"

Cozy River Cabin - Sleeps 12 - Hot Tub - EV - Trails & Stevens Pass Nearby
10/10 Excellent
"This place is the perfect stay for our family. It's right on the river which is really beautiful to walk down and admire. Our kids got in and swam but it was a little too chilly for me...lol. fire pit was really nice to sit around at night and of course we roasted marshmallows and had s'mores. John was an incredible host and was there to answer any questions I had."

"Stayed for an extended weekend (Friday-Monday) at the end of May for our Anniversary. Found the listing while browsing, and fell in love with with the pictures. Initially we booked for a Fri-Sun. I requested a late checkout and the hostess was glad to work with us. Later, when I realized that it was a holiday weekend, I reached back out to her and she helped us to extend the weekend until Monday. Relatively isolated (could hear occasional foot and vehicle traffic over the Baring bridge, one other cabin in sight from firepit area), the weekend was peaceful, with the breeze off the river cutting into the rising heat. Well shaded, with spots my wife could lounge like a lizard in the sunlight for. Outside there is a large, permanent fire pit, and a charcoal grill. Be aware that the landscaping around the firepit is loose rock, and some of them are a little sharp.Inside there was a wood burning fireplace (that we didn't use due to heat), comfy couches and a bedroom with second loft bed. Standing 6'1", I was pleasantly surprised by the shower (the showerhead was actually a couple inches aboce my head) as most hotels and residences it seems to have the showerhead about my chin level.Anyhow, this is getting long, and noone is going to read this far. It was a great weekend, great location and we highly recommend. "
"We will be back! This cabin was absolutely perfect for our weekend with friends. All 6 (adults) were pleased with the stay and had no complaints. We had 2 dogs who had so much fun and had their own amenities - treats, bowls & dog bed provided for them! There was plenty of snow to be had, and the driveway and main road were plowed for us. The walkway to stairs were shoveled. The house was immaculately cleaned, well-stocked and comfortably furnished. The listing details provide everything you need to know about this property, and the Guest Portal you will receive access to a few days before your arrival have all of this same information and more. It is clear that the owners place a heavy emphasis on the quality of their property, and it was genuinely appreciated by our guests. Overall, it was a perfect home-base for our weekend with friends. We were 10 minutes away from Nason Ridge SnoPark to play in the snow, and 20 minutes to Leavenworth. My only complaint is that I didn't book a longer trip!I will definitely be checking out other NW Comfy Cabin properties!"
