"Our travel changed a the last minute and we ended up arriving early morning instead of mid afternoon- Gem (Jen?) was so lovely and helpful. All the front desk staff were great. Such a lovely hotel, would’ve liked to have stayed longer. Good facilities (although the spa wouldn’t get warm which was a shame so couldn’t use it - and was one of the main reasons I selected this hotel! But excellent experience overall."
