We booked a "mountain view" family suite as advertised on Expedia, but the room had no mountain view and was not a family suite. I.e. false advertising. 2. We wanted to swim but the pool loungers were so dirty it put us off. Generally, the place is neglected and run down, not well maintained. It is certainly not 4 star (more false advertising. 3.
