About this property

Lovers Lane Getaway

  • This cute cozy tiny house is surrounded by trees for a unique couples escape amongst open fields in Mennonite country. Private and quiet. Sounds of birds, rain on the roof and the rustle of poplar trees. You may also hear the yipping of coyotes in the open fields. There are no street lights but we do have two plastic lit up snowmen and a colourful Christmas tree for a soft calming glow. Enjoy relaxing around the open air fireplace supplied with free wood, kindling and fire starters. Cook on the tabletop BBQ inside a 12 foot screened in gazebo with wicker chairs to relax on. There's also two zero gravity loungers beside a gurgling water feature. If you prefer to sleep away the day inside the cabin on a 10" memory foam double bed and watch satellite TV or watch the DVD's supplied....enjoy! We also supply a rocking chair with reading light. If you prefer to walk or bike, We supply two simple bicycles. Trails available nearby that go for miles into town and beyond. You can purchase farm raised beef from the neighbour or check out horse back riding in the area. Golf courses within 10 miles, restaurants, casinoes and beaches around Lake Huron.
    Make this your "home base" and tour the area....lots to see and do.
