"This RV was an ideal location to visit Zion National Park. We enjoyed being able to visit the pool in the afternoon during the heat of the day. The host was extremely responsive to our requests. An example was that there were not enough towels when we arrived which was quickly taken care of. As a family of 6, we ate many meals at the trailer. That said, the kitchen is extremely limited and we were unable to get the oven to work. This isn’t a criticism, but just so you know it going in. Lastly, my bag was sitting on the floor in the master bedroom and there was some kind of leak- possibly due to the rain-my bag and clothes were soaked which is a huge problem when you have limited options on vacation. I was disappointed the host didn’t offer laundry or options. It is a lovely place, but is a little tight for 6 people and cooking meals/eating in. Would we stay again? Likely because of the location and pool access."

"Pros: Good and quiet neighborhood, pet friendly, and close to several outdoor hiking areas. Communication with host was good despite holiday travel. There was access to a small communal building with private single stall men and women’s bathrooms with a shower in each. There is also an onsite place to do laundry for a fee. Cons: The camper could use some TLC and was hot during our stay in the middle of summer. The sofa did not have much support left in it and the cushions at the table benches were stained. This would be a good place to stay in spring or fall when the temperature doesn’t get too hot."

"This cabin was wonderful, and so were the hosts! The photos do not do it justice! Our group was all amazed when we walked in and got to see how carefully decorated it was, and we loved the hangout area upstairs. When an issue arose with an appliance (through no one's fault; it's clear the hosts take very good care of the property), Gary and Sue were very responsive and offered options to remedy the issue. It was a magical place to return to after exploring Zion. We would gladly come back. Thank you very much!"

"This was a great place to stay as a home base for our vacation to Zion National Park. There were only 2 of us. There was plenty of room for us. The tiny house is clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a nice view of mesas out the back. We stayed in June and it was hot outside. The air conditioning was most welcome after spending the day in the heat. The location is really good too. About a 20min drive to the park entrance. Close to the main highways so getting in and out was fast. We also went to the Zion Canyon Hot Springs while there. I highly recommend checking it out. Great way to relax after a long day of hiking, biking, exploring. I did a lot of looking for vacation rentals for our trip. The tiny house was comparable or less money than other rentals and cheaper than hotels. I like booking vacation rentals over hotels because you have more room and are helping support local people. I would recommend this as a rental for a couple or 2 as a basecamp."
