"Cottage in the Woody" at Seaglass Village Cottages

Unwind in our beach cottage retreat. Tucked into the peaceful woods at the end of a cul-de-sac, our cottage provides a relaxing atmosphere after a day at the beach, which is just minutes away. The cottage accommodates 6 at ease. *No smoking, no pets. ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
New sofa, chair and ottoman in the porch! New carpet in great room and new covers on the sofas! This cottage is the only model that has a second half bathroom in the Guestroom! Also there are two dining areas and two living areas which is fairly unique in this community as well. You will be very close to the Clubhouse in this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage. There is no need for extra expense with a golf cart! This also has central air and ceiling fans in all rooms.
