Charming and beachy, this two-bedroom cottage at Holiday House in Wells features every simple comfort for a summer spent at the beach.

The cottage community of Holiday House enjoys a prime location along Route 1 between downtown Ogunquit and Wells, with Footbridge and Ogunquit Beaches both within a one-mile walk or bike ride. (Two adult-size bikes are even provided for your use.) On the shared grounds, you'll find an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck, and charcoal grills and picnic tables for barbecue dinners in the evenings.

This particular cottage is tucked at the edge of the trees, with an outdoor seating area that's perfect for sipping cold drinks, playing cards, and relaxing in the afternoons. The interior is cute and cozy, offering a living room with a smart TV, a snug kitchen with every essential appliance, and two dining areas to choose from - one indoors and one on the delightful screened porch.
