About this property
Lovely house with gorgeous marsh views!
- Wonderful house for all ages. Fully stocked kitchen with counter seating. In addition, the house is equipped with air conditioning on main floor and in each bedroom. The first floor has a sitting room with TV and a pull-out queen size sofa. A separate bedroom with attached full bath has a queen-size bed. This bedroom opens onto a screened-in porch where you can enjoy the marsh views in comfort. The second level has gorgeous views of the marsh with a living room and open-plan kitchen. A deck off of the living room with a gas grill and seating means you can take in the views while having a meal. There is a 1/2 bath and laundry facilities on this level. The 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms plus a full bath. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath.
