This unit has a patio for outside dining or a common area barbeque picnic area. The location of this gem is its greatest asset. Close to Wells Beach center but tucked in off busy Atlantic Avenue. Absolutely no smoking or p.ets allowed in unit

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. Only a few problems. 1. Tv went off many times 2. Not satisfied with mini refrigerator. Had to buy ice everyday and door squeaks. 3. Bed outside bathroom is in a bad location as every time that you walk to or from bathroom you can bang your leg on the end.

Great location
The place was tiny..almost too tiny for the 2 of us, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The best part is that it is just steps from the beach. The entire property is quiet, peaceful and well maintained.
