  • Welcome to the Serene Cottage Steps to Moody Beach! This pet friendly home is located on a dead end road overlooking the stunning marsh. Enjoy panoramic sunset views from the oversized deck and yard. Walk a quarter mile to highly sought after Moody Beach! This freshly renovated home features air condition, large deck and yard, BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, spikeball, corn hole, and much more! The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, full bathroom, sunroom, and two bedrooms. Go up the spiral staircase to access another bedroom with a half bathroom and a loft with more sleeping space. This property can comfortably sleep 8 people. Maximum of 3 cars for parking. Pet fee is $150/dog. 2 dog maximum and must have prior approval.
