We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival

If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less

Great Location

Great location for walking to the beach. Room was clean, and quiet. The lights in the bedroom wouldnt work for us and a couple of outlets didnt work, but overall a good stay.

Great location! Well cared for facility. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Stephen at the front desk was a pleasure! He worked hard to help us out. Our unit was quite adorable. Only downside was the coffee maker didn’t work for us. The air conditioner was doing what is should but after a good filter cleaning ( boy did it need it) it worked perfectly.

Wells Condo

We had an incredible time and loved the place in Wells. It was larger than I had imagined from the pictures. All of the finishes were nice and the location is just wonderful. We had 2 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect amount of space for our 3 day stay. The amenities at the facility were nice and the people were friendly. There are beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Overall wonderful place ! We were sad to leave !

The room was very clean, freshly painted. Shower water didn’t get hot. The kitchen had everything u could need.
