"The staff was so friendly! We had a problem figuring out the TV and they came right up to our room and worked on it until they got the channels to come in. The room was very large and included a kitchenette which came with dishes and utensils. The beds were firm, but not rock hard, or worn. We have an 85 lb dog and he was welcomed! "My sister and my niece and I were snowed in when Escanaba Michigan had that big snowstorm, the husband and wife that worked the front desk. They went beyond what they needed to do. They made sure everyone was taken care of I don't know her name. We just started calling each other. My friend and she really is a friend.
