Located in the well-known "Marina Wendtorf" recreational and yacht marina, the Scandinavian-style semi-detached home "Ferienhaus Kleine Auszeit"—situated in the front row—offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea holiday on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children, the 68m² holiday home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden, and the highlight: a dry sauna.<br><br>Utility costs for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity are included!<br><br>There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (180x200 cm combined), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and dry sauna.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sleeper sofa for 2 children and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times. <br><br>The outdoor area features seating, a parasol, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill.<br>The house also includes a free parking space and a lockable bike shed. Your four-legged friend is also welcome.
