Appartement Lachmöwe - Nicolinenhof - Appartement Lachmöwe

With great style and taste, a lovely family home has been created here where everyone feels right at home.
The chalky tones of the oak floorboards run through all the rooms, creating a warm atmosphere. Light woodwork and a stylish colour scheme create a cosy, inviting feel that defines the Nordic character of this apartment with its Sylt beach house look.
All the furnishings are of the highest quality. From the furniture and lighting design to the fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom, a harmonious design ambience has been created. The open layout of the living area—featuring a kitchenette, dining area, and lounge—invites you to cook and spend time together.
A total of three bedrooms, each with comfortable box-spring beds, invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep: one on the ground floor (double bed) and two in the basement (walk-in closet, double bed, and single bed). Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, plus a sauna, round out the Lachmöwe apartment.
Another highlight is the sheltered terrace, which invites you to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air in a beach chair, to relax, or to savour a glass of wine in the evening.

The Lachmöwe apartment is located directly across from the Meyer and Budnikowsky delicatessens. Heading west along Hauptstraße, Berthien Bleeg Straße, and Dünenweg, the Kliffkante Promenade—home to the Kursaal3 and many restaurants—is just a short walk away. A bakery, bike rental, and a bus stop are also just a few steps away.
