In the living room, you’ll find a sofa suite with a flat-screen TV and a large dining area. From here, you can also access the furnished terrace with an adjoining small garden.

In the separate kitchen, you’ll find everything to make an amateur chef’s heart sing. Plenty of space for food prep, a modern oven, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine ensure that you can easily prepare both a delicious breakfast and dinner here. There’s also a guest bathroom on the ground floor of the apartment.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There’s also room for another guest in a smaller bedroom with a single bed. If you climb the stairs one more flight, you’ll find another bedroom with a single bed and a seating area.

The table tennis table in the apartment’s basement is a dream come true for all children and the young at heart—play to your heart’s content. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement.
