House Layout:
A detached luxury thatched-roof house in a prime location near the beach. With approximately 152 square metres of living space, divided among the ground floor, upper floor, and basement, it looks forward to pampering up to 7 discerning guests.

Ground Floor:
A smile will spread across your face the moment you step onto the property: nestled in the lovingly landscaped garden, your thatched-roof gem awaits you, with the sound of the nearby sea rustling in the background. The entryway will impress you just as much: solid French limestone slabs—which, of course, are heated—caress your feet. Coat closet, guest bathroom, shoe storage—there’s plenty of space here for everything, and it all fits perfectly.

The floor plan was meticulously designed by the architect: Your living and dining area is spacious and open; daylight streams in through the many windows and terrace elements, flooding the large room with a truly cosy atmosphere. Despite this airy spaciousness, the dining, living, and kitchen areas feel like separate spaces. This way, you can enjoy a film night undisturbed in the cosy couch/TV area by the gas fireplace, while at the impressive dining table you can reflect in peace on the wonderful day at the beach over a fine glass of wine.
