Opposite is the modern, stylish shower room with a built-in radio, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Straight ahead, you enter the spacious and comfortable living/dining area. The bright country-style kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, drip coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric milk frother, sandwich maker, blender, kettle, egg cooker, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and kitchen utensils.

An ironing board and iron are also provided.

In addition to the exquisite custom-made cabinetry, the highlight is undoubtedly the fireplace with its Delft tiles in the living room. The antique tile floor gives the rooms a pleasantly bright and warm atmosphere. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail and invites you to spend cozy hours relaxing. Of course, a smart TV with Netflix is provided, as well as a DVD player and a stereo system. Unlimited Wi-Fi is included. A built-in safe is available for your valuables.

A stylish wooden staircase leads to another double bedroom in the attic. This spacious room is affectionately known as the "Seagull Room" by guests. This room also features a flat-screen TV.

This beautiful apartment includes a large, private terrace (a sunbathing area) situated on approximately 8,500 square meters of park-like grounds. It is enclosed by a traditional Frisian wall and typical island plantings. A Sylt-style XXL beach chair and garden furniture are available exclusively for your use during the season (Easter to the end of October).

The apartment also includes a parking space, marked with the number 9, and bicycle racks directly in front of the building.

A washing machine and dryer are available for use by coin (5 x 50 cents).
